She is known for her personable approach, considered insights and her ability to quickly get to the heart of what matters most to her clients. Sigrid is a registered psychologist and organisational development professional with 14 years experience in diagnosing and addressing a range of strategic workplace needs.

Sigrid has a wealth of experience in all aspects of capability framework design and implementation. She's also an experienced facilitator and innovative program designer. Sigrid is known for her collaborative and affable approach and her ability to quickly ‘connect the dots’ and make things happen.
